Today’s Irish Independent reports that Kerry photographer Michelle Cooper Galvin is suing MEP and Former GAA Boss Sean Kelly over photographs used in his 2007 book “Rule 42 and all that“.

Ms Cooper Galvin argues that Mr Kelly and the publishers had “without permission or payment unlawfully exploited her artistic work and sold copies of a literary work containing her photographs both nationally and internationally.”

She maintains the parties wrongfully profited from her artistic endeavours without payment or permission.  The photographer is seeking an award of aggravated and exemplary damages.
