IPPA Launches Happy Faces 2010

It was all smiles as Ryan Tubridy officially launched IPPA Happy Faces 2010,  in association with Canon, which runs from April 1st – 18th in locations all over Ireland to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland. Photographer films his own ‘anti-terror’ arrest

In yet another case UK police questioned an amateur photographer under anti-terrorist legislation and later arrested him, claiming pictures he was taking in a Lancashire town were "suspicious" and constituted "antisocial behaviour".
